Minivalve expansion
10 years after the completion of Minivalve's new building, Novicon has received a new assignment. This time to expand the rear facade.
What do we do?
We supply and assemble the new steel structure, roof and wall cladding and associated fittings here.
The existing steel mock façade at the rear of the building is being dismantled to be reassembled at a new position. The unique feature of this design is that the facade cladding is mounted on the inside of the building so that the steel structure remains visible on the outside.
The new steel construction has meanwhile been mounted and the existing steel facade has also been re-assembled in its new position.

Renovation of Alexandrium shopping centre in Rotterdam
Shopping area Alexandrium is the largest shopping centre in Rotterdam consisting of a shopping centre, 17 megastores and the Woonmall with 55 shops. With over 200 covered shops, Klépierre Management Nederland is the owner. The shopping centre is undergoing a metamorphosis and will be given a fresh and contemporary look so that it better suits today's customers. Novicon has been commissioned by AKOR Rijssen to assemble the steel structures and the roof and wall cladding.
