In the rapidly changing market conditions, we see that for various reasons buildings are rebuilt or revitalised.Building os often done on a small plot of land and surrounding shops must remain open. This requires a different approach and this is when our expertise comes in. We have a lot of knowledge and experience to successfully realise these projects.

Our approach to rebuilding and renovation

The limitations of the location are already taken into account during engineering. If necessary, measurements from the existing situation are transferred to the model. Close consultation between our BIM engineer, project manager and client during the design phase ensures that any difficulties are resolved at an early stage. The project leader provides a solid assembly plan where safety is always the starting point. During assembly, good cooperation between our skilled fitters and contractor is very important.That is why the point of contact remains the same throughout the project.
