Transformation old town hall Almelo
The old town hall of Almelo is being transformed into 90 unique houses, flats and lofts with a balcony or outdoor terrace. With a total surface area of 17,250 m2 , this project is one of the largest transformations in Twente.
What do we do?
Novicon brings the steel structure for the new balconies for the flats and lofts.
These balconies are constructed in a playful way to the new facade. from the inside the building becomes completely contemporary and sustainable. Floors are created by means of steel constructions with comflor plates. Because many recesses have to be made in the concrete for the flats, reinforcement strips are fitted and 4000 anchors have to be drilled into the concrete.

Winkelcentrum de Koperwiek, 1e fase / 3
De montage van de staalconstructie van zo’n 250T, is afgerond en zijn de eerste dakplaten gelegd. Een deel is onder de metrobaan is gemonteerd, waardoor het metrostation midden in het winkelcentrum zal eindigen.
