New building project Octagon
Octagon Leiden is being realised on the site of the old ABN Amro office. This unusual new construction project will provide space for a number of commercial premises, a hotel with 115 rooms and a car park. Two residential towers with flats will be built above the plinth.
What do we do?
For this project, Novicon delivers the entire steel construction. The entire proces is under our own management, from engineering to assembly. A part of this construction is a challenging truss. It is integrated in several floors and because of the large forces it is provided with heavy nodes, completely welded together from sheet metal.

LNG Terminal GATE op de Maasvlakte bouwt een 4e LNG Tank

Update Greenergy Biofuels Amsterdam
De huidige fabriek van Greenergy in Amsterdam breidt de biodieselproductie uit door een nieuwe fabriek direct tegen de bestaande aan te laten bouwen. Novicon verzorgt de staalconstructie, trappen, roostervloeren, hekwerken en supportframes, maar verzorgt tevens het plaatsen van alle equipment.
